The interior movie room provides a quiet retreat. It has a selection of entertainment choices, including Netflix and Sony Playstation.
Upstairs, the three large bedrooms provide a perfect sanctuary for each family or group member. Each room is fully soundproofed, including black-out blinds and a private sea-facing balcony. Sumptuous features such as natural latex mattress toppers, HTC 100% cotton sheets, and a large widescreen ensure each guest feels like royalty.
Kerem Villas is located in an exclusive gated community of high-end villas with 24 hour security. B1 Villa Solaris has private covered parking, 3 queen bedrooms, full kitchen, a large infinity pool, and patio. This villa is located directly on our private beach where you will find our kayaks. There is a full gym with a large selection of equipment. Our services include daily cleaning and turndown service and free breakfast made to order.
On the entry floor are 3 queen bedrooms. Each includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, closet, walk-in rain shower, large wide screen TV (Netflix enabled) and a personal safe. The wall of glass doors open onto a private balcony with panoramic sea views. Bedrooms are equipped with black-out blinds and thick concrete walls block out sound between rooms. 1 extra rollaway bed or bassinet can be added to each room for children and babies.
Downstairs you will find a large great room with a table with seating for 10, 2 large comfortable sofas, and a full kitchen. The great room enjoys a full 180-degree sea view through a wall of glass doors which open onto a large infinity pool and patio with steps directly to the beach below. This villa has a large interior movie room which can be converted into a 4th queen bedroom for extra guests. The large bathroom has a closet and walk-in shower and connects directly to both the living and movie rooms.
In all my life I have never stayed somewhere so perfect and beautiful!! … We are fitness fanatics and the gym is brand new with all the equipment we needed. …Overall the experience here was phenomenal and we have enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to come back for 6 weeks in April Would rate 12/10 if I could!
I have personally stayed in some amazing places around the world but this Villa easily takes the cake. If you are thinking of visiting Ko Samui or are coming for the first time you HAVE to stay in this Villa because the experience is truly amazing. The Villa itself is brand new and feels so luxurious

We had an amazing 4 night stay at Kerem. This has got to be the best stay we’ve ever had overseas! The place was beautiful with an excellent view and really nice private pool. The interior was well designed, very comfortable and welcoming! We enjoyed the privacy in the Villa. … This is a place we strongly recommend everyone to experience, not just for the scenic views and spacious home but also experience true amazing Thai hospitality.
Villa Kerem , just remember this name and add it to your bucket list , it’s THE best Villa in Samui. I have stayed for a few days at this amazing hotel and couldn’t leave !
