Villa Muscat is a pied-à-terre for the rich and famous. Located at street level with its own private entrance, it provides quick, easy access to all Koh Samui offers. The interior is a testament to the architectural genius of Gary Fell. Not only can you see the sea from everywhere, but there is also a sense you are gliding around a modern tree house, where the boundaries between home and tropical garden are blurred.
The crown of this holiday home is the extra large master located on the lower floor closest to the sea, with a large indoor seating area and an extra large private balcony. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms which provide luxurious amenities for guests. Each room is fully soundproofed, including black-out blinds and a private sea-facing balcony. Sumptuous features such as natural latex mattress toppers, HTC 100% cotton sheets, and a large widescreen TV ensure each guest feels like royalty.
Kerem Villas is located in an exclusive gated community of high-end villas with 24 hour security. T1 Villa Muscat has private covered parking, 3 queen bedrooms, full kitchen, a large infinity pool, and patio. All guests have full access to our private beach and kayaks. Also included is access to our full gym with a large selection of equipment. Our services include, daily cleaning and turndown service and free breakfast made to order.
The villa's entry floor has a large great room with a table with seating for 10, 2 large comfortable sofas, and a full kitchen. The great room enjoys a full 180-degree sea view through a wall of glass doors which open onto a large infinity pool and patio. The villa includes full-size appliances, coffee and tea facilities, and a fully stocked mini bar. There is also a small guest bathroom on this floor.
Upstairs are 2 queen bedrooms. Each includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, closet, walk-in rain shower, large wide screen TV (Netflix enabled) and a personal safe. The wall of glass doors open onto a private balcony with panoramic sea views. Bedrooms are equipped with black-out blinds and thick concrete walls block out sound between rooms. 1 extra rollaway bed or bassinet can be added to each room for children and babies.
Below, the enormous, secluded master suite has a king size bed, large ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, walk-in closet, walk-in rain shower, and extra-large flat screen TV (Netflix enabled). The adjacent large sofa opens to create a second queen size bed for additional guests. Large sliding glass doors access a large private balcony with 180 degree sea views and include black out blinds for afternoon naps.
Villa Kerem , just remember this name and add it to your bucket list , it’s THE best Villa in Samui. I have stayed for a few days at this amazing hotel and couldn’t leave !
I have personally stayed in some amazing places around the world but this Villa easily takes the cake. If you are thinking of visiting Ko Samui or are coming for the first time you HAVE to stay in this Villa because the experience is truly amazing. The Villa itself is brand new and feels so luxurious

Wow, wow, wow and wow! If you want to experience pure luxury with a view then you will definitely find it here. The villas are brand new and overlook the water out to a mountain range which is always very peaceful and still.
